Interview Notes
On the morning of July 16, after completing the relevant procedures, Li Boxian came to the Yangtze River Network interview center for an internship. Because of my work, I have come into contact with many interns, but the first time I met him, the intern in front of me still made me feel clearly different. Compared to most interns who are nervous, formal, or even shy, this boy seemed very confident, always smiling, talking naturally, and thinking clearly. After that, I had more contact with Li Baixian and found more good points in him. He would come to the office early almost every day, and would also take the initiative to communicate with reporters. When he received any task arrangement, there was never any hesitation, and he would always try to finish it at the first time. A lot of work needs to be done on weekends, and he never excuses himself. Thanks to his proactive work attitude, his writing skills have been constantly improved, and he gradually has the ability to complete news selections independently.

What impressed me most was the initiative and execution of Li Boxian's work. Once, an interview task was temporarily determined on Friday night, and a second article was needed to put into the interview. When Li Boxian was notified, he did not hesitate at all and agreed and completed the writing task solidly. Unlike most interns who passively wait for arrangements, Li Boxian takes the initiative to find reporters and directors every day to ask for clues and tasks, and after clarifying the direction of the task, he quickly commits to it without hesitation or delay. This quality is valuable and not often seen in young people nowadays.
